This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have the following information available:

• Electronic copy of your player's birth certificate
• Photo of your player (headshot)
• Medical insurance and physician information
• Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information for payment
• Additional Purchase: PUMA Uniforms sold separately through WeGotSoccer after your registration is received. Prices vary per age group but cost $28-$350, before WeGotSoccer 10% Discount, and renew every two years (2024, 2026, 2028...) or at player advancement to a higher program level (i.e. advancement from development academy to elite academy participation). Have 2 or more siblings joining the club? 

Register your players together to take advantage of a sibling discount. The discount will be automatically applied on your payment screen at the end of the registration process.
